Med-Tech Startup
Brand & Web Launch

Led a 3-month sprint to build brand identity, messaging, and a 6-page website from scratch—delivering a launch-ready digital presence for a pharmaceutical tech startup entering a monopolized market.

Timeline: 3 Months

Team: 1 Creative Director/Writer, 1 Designer, 1 CAD Editor, 1 Programmer

My Job: Account Executive & Project Manager

  • Standing out from legacy giants' technology that holds a monopoly on the marketplace.

This client needed to introduce a novel solution in medication management and generate early awareness among investors and potential long-term partners. With no existing brand presence and a saturated market dominated by established players, they had just three months to build credibility and create a compelling digital front door for their business.

  • Scope & Budget
Authored the Statement of Work to maximize a $60K budget through rapid creative sprints. Managed a highly involved client who wanted input on every detail while keeping the team focused and efficient.

    Creative Direction
Facilitated internal brainstorming sessions to align on messaging and visuals, then translated complex technical client feedback into actionable creative direction for writers and designers—keeping client meetings lean (just Creative Director and me) to stay within budget.

    Timeline Management
Built and managed a 12-week Asana roadmap, pivoting sprint allocations when scope expanded mid-project to protect the hard deadline.

    Team Leadership
When the Creative Director became unavailable during the final stretch, I discovered communication breakdowns and tension between creative teams. I facilitated a candid reset meeting to surface frustrations, realign on shared goals, and established daily internal check-ins, maintaining momentum to support the every-other-day client meeting cadence.

    Client Communications
Managed daily internal touchbases and weekly client meetings, which increased to every-other-day meetings in the final month. Built prioritized agendas and sent action-item summaries to keep all players moving forward efficiently.

    Quality Contro
Reviewed every deliverable before client delivery, catching inconsistencies and ensuring the brand positioned the product as innovative, not just "new", to resonate with skeptical industry stakeholders.

  • When the client expanded scope from a single-scroll page to a full 6-page site mid-project, I restructured the timeline and reallocated budget without missing the deadline. I also identified a critical technical issue between the programmer and web host that was preventing changes from going live, catching it early enough to resolve quietly before launch.

Additionally, when internal team dynamics threatened to derail progress in the final weeks, I found myself in a creative leadership vacuum, rebuilt trust between siloed departments, and implemented communication structures that kept us on track through a high-pressure finish.

  • Business Impact: Client generated several multi-million dollar leads within 2 weeks of launch

Delivered full brand identity, print collateral, and 6-page website on time and within $60K budget

Positive industry reception and client confidence in brand messaging and market positioning

Reinforced internal team confidence—proof we could deliver premium work under tight timelines, team transitions, and high scrutiny

International Health-Tech Company
Large-Scale Trade show Digital Experience

Co-led the delivery of over a dozen video and interactive assets—including an 80x25-foot environmental screen—for the largest booth at the year’s biggest international pharmacy conference, executed in under seven weeks.

Timeline: 7 weeks

Team: 1 creative director/writer, 2 graphic designers, 2 video editors, 1 animator, 1 CAD editor, 1 programmer, 1 account executive

My Job: Project Manager & On-site Support

  • Positioning the client as a central technology partner for health systems on a crowded trade show floor.

The client needed to stand out among major competitors and convert foot traffic into real product interest. With only seven weeks to execute, we had to design and deliver clear, impactful digital messaging that would immediately capture attention, highlight both new and existing technologies, and guide visitors into deeper sales conversations.

Flagship elements, including an 80x25-foot environmental screen and a spherical hologram, pulled attendees into the space, supported by transparent-screen videos, interactive demos, and touchscreen kiosks spread throughout the booth.

  • Production Leadership
Co-led production alongside the senior account executive, managing and owning delivery of several key digital deliverables across the booth. Coordinated between internal creative and technical teams, plus external trade show vendors, to keep workflows aligned and realistic across the compressed seven-week timeline.

    Interactive Execution
Managed collaboration between the programmer, designers, and editors to deliver interactive wallpapers linked to hosted demos across eight touchscreen kiosks. Served as the main point of contact between the agency and booth vendors, facilitating workflow decisions and ensuring seamless real-world setup and integration across separate stations within the booth.

    Creative Direction
Guided video development across interactive kiosk experiences and large-scale environmental screens, visuals stayed consistent with client messaging and accurately reflected complex health-tech products. Leveraged prior video production experience and on-set knowledge to translate client feedback into clear, actionable direction for editors.

    Kiosk Buildout
Worked directly with the client and art director through a three-week sprint to build three distinct interactive kiosk experiences, each with 15 animated and illustrated screens. Kept feedback cycles fast and organized to support a specific client vision while protecting the immovable trade show deadline.

    Delivery & On-Site Support
Owned final file delivery to trade show vendors, establishing quality-control processes and troubleshooting technical issues well ahead of install. Traveled to Las Vegas to provide on-site support, arriving early each day to test assets live, identify inconsistencies, and coordinate real-time fixes before the show floor opened.

  • Three weeks before the show, scope expanded significantly. I helped stabilize creative execution by clarifying ownership across parallel workflows, tightening review processes, and scheduling frequent checkpoints that prevented wasted time and any last-minute surprises.

On-site, I became the main point of contact when video issues came up. The day before the show opened, I worked directly with vendors while communicating remotely with the creative team in Pittsburgh to resolve a major technical issue with the flagship environmental screen—an issue that would have been highly visible to thousands of attendees if it hadn’t been caught in time. This allowed the client and sales team to stay focused on the conference instead of troubleshooting production problems.

  • Successfully launched the largest booth at the conference with all digital experiences fully operational on day one

Delivered over a dozen integrated digital assets across environmental screens, holograms, and interactive kiosks under a seven-week timeline

Earned renewed creative partnership for the following year’s conference

Strengthened the client relationship by providing on-site support and building direct connections with new leadership, supporting future project retention
